Set aside 8 days to enjoy fun-filled company and learn the practical skills and the theory of the above. Learn about new commercial crops you could be involved with. Days will be from 10.00 am till 3.00 pm, during Autumn and Winter (second school term). Optionally, you may wish to begin credits towards the National Certificate of Horticulture.
This Course was very successful and popular beyond anticipation when held in Southland last year. (We had to run a double-up to cope with numbers). Possible course centres are in Oamaru, Balclutha, Cromwell and Mosgiel (depending on registrations).
Co-ordinated and led by Trevor Wright, Horticultural Consultant, who is experienced in education and horticulture.
Course fee per person is $200.00 including GST. Assessment preparation and activity will be additional.
